We will arrange a convenient time for an in-person appointment to review progress and follow-up on previous discussions with your child and parent(s)/carer(s). A consultant will review your progress, address your queries and discuss further management. A prescription will be provided and medication will be delivered directly to you at a suitable address. This does not include the cost of medication which needs to be paid directly to the chemist dispensing/delivering the medication.
